The site you are using

This website is public information about Verity and a way to ask to be told when access opens. The app is still in development. Features described on /features and /for-professionals are the product as we intend to build it. Where something has not shipped, the copy is written in that tense on purpose. Do not treat a mockup, a labelled template, or a roadmap stage as a live service.

Who these terms apply to

They apply to anyone who reads the site or submits a form on it — patients, practitioners, people who run clinics, journalists, investors, and anyone else who lands here. The founding-professionals offer has extra conditions below. They do not replace a practitioner’s own professional duties, and they do not create duties we have not written down.

You must be an adult

The site is intended for adults making, or helping an adult make, a decision about aesthetic medicine. Do not submit a waitlist form on behalf of a child. Do not use the site to seek guidance for operating on a minor.

The waitlist is not a contract to launch

Joining the waitlist is a request to be contacted when early access opens. It is not a guarantee of a date, a place in a numbered queue you can enforce, a listing, or access to every feature described on the site. We can close, reopen, or change how we use the list.

Submissions are stored as the privacy policy describes. A success message means we accepted and stored that submission. It is not proof of a launch date, a numbered place, or a listing.

Claiming a founding spot is not a listing

The founding-professionals form is an application to be one of a hundred practitioners verified by hand before launch. Claiming a spot is not a listing. Nothing about you goes live until a person has checked your credentials. We can refuse a claim that we cannot verify, and a cap of a hundred is a capacity limit, not a sale of a status that can be traded.

What founding professionals are told they keep — nothing to apply, one year of free subscription, and forever benefits left unnamed, including a founding mark — is the offer on /for-professionals. It is not a promise of lead volume, ranking, or that the whole product stays free.

Acceptable use

You may read the site and submit a form with information that is yours to give. You may not submit other people’s details, impersonate a practitioner, flood the endpoint, scrape the site in a way that harms it, or use the forms to send anything other than a genuine request to be told when access opens.

You may not treat decorative mockups — bars where a name would go, labels without counts — as real patients, real bookings, or real reviews. They are templates, marked as decorative, because inventing those records would be a lie.

Accuracy of what you submit

If you submit a founding-professional form, the name, email, specialty and country you send must be yours to send and must be true so far as you know. We will still check credentials before any listing. A form is not a substitute for that check.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, the Verity name, and the wording we wrote are ours (or used with permission). You may quote short passages with credit. You may not copy the site as a competing service, or present our procedure writing as your clinic’s brochure.

Articles by practitioners, when they exist, remain theirs. Wiki contributions are reviewed by Verity before publication, then credited permanently. Patient reviews, community notes and threads about a practitioner are not removable by that practitioner asking. Those rules are product rules, restated here so they are not a surprise.

Third parties

Links to other sites, to mail, or to social profiles are not an endorsement. A practitioner or clinic you find through Verity, when listings exist, is an independent professional. We are not a party to your contract with them. No money for a consultation or a procedure passes through us. We do not arrange travel.

Medical disclaimer and privacy

The medical disclaimer and the privacy policy are part of how you use this site. The disclaimer limits what the content is. The privacy policy limits what we currently do with information you send. Read both. They are at /help/medical-disclaimer and /help/privacy.

No warranty

The site is provided as educational information and as a pre-launch noticeboard. We do not warrant that it is complete, current for your case, available without interruption, or free of mistakes. Verification, when it happens, warrants a credentials check against a register on a given date — not an outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Verity is not liable for decisions you take after reading this site — including having a procedure, not having one, travelling, or choosing a practitioner — nor for arrangements you make with a clinic, nor for a waitlist message that does not arrive.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded (for example, for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where that bar applies). This is not a substitute for advice from a lawyer in your country.

If you misuse the site

We can ignore a form submission, block an address, or stop serving the site to a connection that is abusing it. That is operational, not a finding that you are a bad practitioner or a bad patient.

Changes

We can change these terms. The date at the top of the page is the date of the wording you are reading. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new wording. If a change is material to waitlist or founding-professional claims, we will say so on the page rather than burying it.

Governing law, venue, and a registered company name will be stated here before a product that holds accounts and payments opens. We are not inventing a jurisdiction for a marketing site in order to look finished. If a dispute arises before that, write to us first.
